Reasons NOT to run Barefoot

I wrote up a guest blog post for Steven Sashen over at Invisible Shoe (huarache) that I think some of you may like. It’s my perspective on when running barefoot isn’t a good idea.

I’m constantly trying to evaluate, assess and discuss the options for running that we have.
